All our gifts are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of your confirmed paid order - unless otherwise noted in the individual product descriptions. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST on Friday or on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
We are currently not able to ship your gift and have it delivered on the same day.
Unfortunately multiple orders cannot be bundled for shipment due to the size of the baskets. If you need to order multiple items 5 or more please feel free to contact us to organize shipping rates.
GiftDepot.co does not ship on major holidays or weekends.
Please note: There are more specific shipping schedules and deadlines for gourmet cheeses, fresh fruit, brand name chocolate gifts and other perishable items that will be noted in shipping guide for each product. The above shipping schedule may not apply in all cases and is subject to change.
Alcoholic Beverage Shipping:
All shipments of alcohol require a signature upon delivery by an adult 21 years of age or older. GiftDepot.co will not be responsible for delivery delays due to signature receipt requirements not being met. We highly recommend that our customers notify the gift recipients of the shipment and notify them that a signature of a person 21 years of age or older is required for package delivery.
Our wine and beer gift baskets are shipped directly from our network of gift basket suppliers. Due to current state laws, some states do not permit the shipping of alcohol into their state. If we receive an order for one of the states that has these restrictions in place, we will contact you immediately about your order.
Personalized, perishable and fragile products cannot be returned unless due to shipping error by us. Non-perishable items should be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department and sent to our product return mailing address. Return shipping fees are the expense of the sender/client. If there is a problem with a gift product please contact out customer service department immediately at Info@giftdepot.com in order to rectify the problem.
